Brechin City are pleased to announce the signing of defender Mason Chisholm from Airdrieonians FC, with the 19-year-old defender joining the club on loan until the end of January.
Manager Andy Kirk has moved to further strengthen his defensive options with the addition of the highly-rated centre-half, who arrives at the Glebe having come through the ranks at Airdrieonians and impressed during his time with the club’s Academy.
Chisholm’s performances at youth level saw him earn a senior contract with the Diamonds in September last year, and he will now continue his development with City as he looks to gain valuable first-team experience.
He will go straight into contention for tomorrow’s Lowland League East fixture against Lochee United at Thomson Park.
