Brechin City FC are delighted to confirm that we have retained our SFA Bronze Licence status.
This is a significant achievement for the club and one that reflects a huge amount of hard work behind the scenes. A great deal of time, effort and commitment goes into meeting the requirements of the licensing process – from the Directors, Committee Members and volunteers to everyone involved in the day-to-day running of the Club.
The licence is also crucial to our ambition of gaining promotion back to the SPFL. It provides the foundation we need to continue progressing both on and off the pitch and our goal of returning the Club back into the SPFL simply wouldn’t be possible without it.
Chairman Kevin Mackie added, “It is fantastic news for everyone connected with Brechin City that the club has once again been awarded Bronze Licence status.
“The tremendous effort and hard work that goes on behind the scenes to achieve this recognition should not go unnoticed. I would personally like to thank everyone involved, particularly Secretary Gary Robertson and Assistant Secretary Nilima Puthu for their invaluable contributions.”
