The 2025 Annual General Meeting of Brechin City Football Club Limited will be be held on Monday 24th November 2025 at 7pm.

Meeting Arrangements
The AGM will be held as a physical in person meeting at the Blue Cabin, Glebe Park, Brechin, Angus, DD9 6BJ. Only shareholders and directors are able to attend and identification may require to be shown on entry.

Board of Directors
Under the terms of the Company’s Articles of Association, members can put themselves forward for election to the Board of Directors at the AGM.

To be eligible for election, you must be a full member aged 18 or over, you have to be nominated by a full member of the Company and be “fit & proper” to become authorised and to meet the standards required by the Company Act 2006.

Please note that any nomination forms for election to the Board of Directors must be received at least 21 days before the AGM, which means they must be received by 7pm on Monday 3 November 2024 at the very latest. If you are interested in becoming a director, or would wish to nominate a fellow member to be a director, please request a nomination form from the Club Secretary.

Further Documentation
Further documentation relating to the AGM, including the formal notice of the AGM, a proxy notice form and financial information will be sent out to members on or around Friday 8 November 2025. The formal notice of the AGM will include explanatory notes on the proposed resolutions. The financial information will include copies of the annual accounts for the period to 31 May 2025 for (a) Brechin City Football Club; and (b) Brechin City Football Club Limited together with a more detailed profit and loss analysis.
