Ahead of this evening's Premier Sports Cup fixture against Queen’s Park, City have completed the signing of Dugald Farquhar on a one-year deal.

The 19 year-old, who can play anywhere on the left hand side joins the Club from near-neighbours Brechin Victoria and demonstrates the clear player pathway between the two Clubs.

The former Montrose youth player impressed for the Vics last season as he picked up the Players’ Player of the Year and Committee Player of the Year awards at the end of the campaign.

Dugald has featured as a trialist in each of our pre-season games, as well as coming on a substitute in the Premier Sports Cup tie against Falkirk at the weekend.
