Andy Kirk's coaching staff continues to take shape with the appointment of Stephen Simmons as Assistant Manager.

During a playing career that spanned 16 years, Simmons came through the youth system at Celtic before starting his senior career with Heart of Midlothian in 1998.

After eight years at Tynecastle, where he also represented Scotland at Under 21 level, he went on to play for Dunfermline Athletic, Queen of the South, Raith Rovers and Alloa Athletic.

We would like to welcome Stephen to the Club and wish him every success.

On the playing front, the Club are currently in negotiations with a number of players and will be in a position to release some positive news in the coming days.

The Manager is still in the process of finalising his backroom staff with Craig Nelson currently remaining as Goalkeeping Coach and Seb Panczyk as Physiotherapist.
