Under the guidance of the newly appointed Management Team of Michael Paton and Gerry McCabe, City host Stirling Albion tomorrow afternoon looking to build on a morale boosting win against Albion Rovers last weekend.
City will again be without the services of Connor Coupe and Scott Cusick who remain sidedlined through injury. Experienced striker Jimmy Scott is rated as doubtful with a groin injury, but will be assessed prior to kick off.
Reflecting on the win over Albion Rovers last weekend, Player/Manager Michael Paton said, "I was over the moon with the performance. The boys gave themselves a chance of getting a result because of their workrate and their willingness to fight for each other. I'm delighted how they took on board what I said to them on Wednesday at training and before the match on Saturday. It was a well deserved three points in my opinion.
"The message to the players was that we had to stop teams having so many chances against us - we were far too easy to score against. I felt the boys answered that well - we were compact and everyone knew their jobs. We limited Albion to very few chances and credit to Lewis (McMinn) and the back four, the whole team in fact.
Looking ahead to the clash against Stirling Albion tomorrow, Michael said, "Every game is going to be tough in this league. They have some top players in their squad including the likes Andy Ryan, Jack Leitch and Declan Byrne. We know the quality that they've got but if we keep working hard then our quality will shine through in the game as well.
Tomorrow's match referee is Gavin Ross. He will be assisted by Andy Milne and Scott Anderson.

Brechin City 0-2 Stirling Albion - 29th February 2020
After recording 0-0 draws in their last two matches, there was an element of optimism amongst the City support that they could go one better against Stirling Albion in the penultimate match of last season.
It proved to be hugely disappointing afternoon at Glebe Park as a combination of individual mistakes and lack of a creativity going forward culminated in a deserved win for the Binos, who netted twice in the second half through Dylan Bikey and James Creaney.
Our matchball sponsor tomorrow is Honorary Committee Member Ian Jardine who we thank for his continued support.
