Season Ticket Refunds
Given the sudden end to the 2019/20 season, the Club is mindful that some Season Ticket holders may feel slightly short-changed in terms of missing out on 4 Saturday home games, as well as one re-scheduled for midweek.
Although we acknowledge that, as a members Club, a Season Ticket brings with it much more than simply matchday gate entry, we do also recognise that the community at large is facing financial hardship. As a result the Management Committee has agreed to offer part-refunds on 2019/20 Season Tickets.
This perhaps flies in the face of the overwhelming generosity shown to the Club in the recent past, given the success of the Fighting Fund, the Supporters Club online fundraiser, and a variety of individual donations outwith this. However, the feeling is that offering a refund to those who may be experiencing financial challenges is an entirely appropriate gesture in these trying times.
The refunds have been agreed at £40 for Adult season tickets, and £20 for Concessions.
Should you choose to apply for a refund, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following:
• Season Ticket Number
• Refund Amount Applied for (£40 or £20)
• Bank Details (including Sort-Code, Account Number and account holder name(s) to match exactly what is shown on your bank card / statement)
Please note the closing date for refund applications is Friday 12th June 2020 and, whilst we will administer this as promptly as we reasonably can, we would ask for your patience.
