Brechin City FC can confirm that Paul McManus is the latest addition to the squad, with the striker returning to the Glebe for a second spell after leaving Highland League champions Cove Rangers at the end of the season.

Paul's first spell for City was in the 2011/12 season under Jim Weir following a short stint in Malta with Hibernians. Despite City narrowly avoiding the relegation play-offs that year, McManus bagged an impressive 16 goals in 33 appearances.

He will bring a wealth of experience to the side having made just short of 500 appearances in the SPFL - with an impressive goal-to-game ratio at every club he's been at.
