Brechin City Football Club are thrilled to announce the signing of experienced forward Dale Hilson from Stirling Albion on a two-year contract.
The 33-year-old arrives at Glebe Park with a wealth of experience, having enjoyed a distinguished career across the Scottish game having made 470 senior appearances across various levels of the SPFL.
A product of Dundee United’s youth academy, Hilson also represented Scotland at U17 and U19 level and progressed into the Tangerines first team before going on to establish himself as a proven attacking player with spells at Forfar Athletic, Queen of the South, St Mirren, Arbroath and most recently, Stirling Albion.
Throughout his career, Hilson has built a reputation as a hardworking, versatile forward with an eye for goal and his arrival provides City with further quality and experience in the final third as get the competitive action underway tomorrow afternoon against Partick Thistle in the Premier Sports Cup.
