Defender Lewis Toshney signed on loan from Dundee United until the end of the season. Lewis came through the youth system at Celtic and had loan spells at Kilmarnock and Dundee during his time at Parkhead. Spells at Ross County, Cowdenbeath and Raith Rovers followed before arriving at Tannadice in 2016.

Manager Barry Smith commented, "Lewis is an experienced player who has played at a higher level and was wanted by other clubs. He is keen to play and motivated to do well."
