Bulgarian defender Kostadin signed for City on a month-long loan deal from Dundee. He signed for The Dee in January 2015, making his debut in a 4-1 victory against Motherwell at Dens Park, having previously represented his country at U19 and U21 level. He wrote himself into Dundee FC folklore when his first goal for the club, along with a strike from another ex-City loanee Craig Wighton, relegated city rivals Dundee United in May 2016.
