A versatile defender, equally at home in either full-back position, Elliot can also play in midfield. Elliot started out in the Heart of Midlothian Youth team and following his release, signed for Raith Rovers. Following his departure from Starks Park, he was snapped up by City boss Darren Dods after impressing in pre-season fixtures. Featured regularly in season 2016-17 before going out on loan to Kelty Hearts early in 2017-18.
