Michael O'Neill has completed his third signing of the summer with the well-documented signing of Stirling Albion striker, Paddy Connolly.

The City gaffer and his latest accquisition were team mates at Dundee United together and Paddy has a wealth of experience in the Scottish game, including stints at St Johnstone, Ayr United and of late Stirling Albion.

Paddy netted 17 goals for The Binos last season and despite being in the veteran stage of his career, Michael expects Paddy to be challenging for a first team place, as well as helping him and Gareth with the coaching.

Paddy picked up a couple of Player of the Year Awards last season at Forthbank and City fans will be hopeful that he can repeat last season's form in a Brechin jersey.

The manager is continuing his search for fresh blood with yet another departure from the forward line confirmed, following Gerry Britton's decision to accept the manager's job at Stranraer.
