With the January transfer window now open, The Club can confirm the signing of midfielder Callum Tapping from Queen of the South.

Callum played 17 times for Brechin City during Ray McKinnon’s time as Manager in season 2014/15, in a spell which saw him miss out from September to March due to serious injury. With his ability undoubted, he was well on his way to becoming a fans favourite before missing out a huge chunk of the season, coming back into the team to help ensure City reached the play-offs.

He has featured 22 times already this season for the Dumfries side, and City Manager Darren Dods moved quickly to secure his signature when it became known he would be available. Callum signs a deal to join the Glebe Park side until the end of the season.
