Brechin manager Ray McKinnon's build-up to the new season received a boost yesterday with three players signing up at the Glebe.

Defender Graham Hay who was such a vital member of the City rearguard last season has signed on for a further year and he will be joined by midfielder Greg Cameron who played a handful of games for the first-team towards the tail end of the season.

In addition, the manager has captured the signature of midfielder Stuart Anderson who was released by Raith Rovers on the completion of his contract.

Although only 27, Anderson has extensive experience having plied his trade with no fewer than eight clubs - Southampton, Blackpool, Ross County (loan), Livingston, Peterhead, Salisbury City, Eastbourne Borough and Raith Rovers.

These signings bring the first-team squad up to thirteen with the manager no doubt having a busy time of it over the next few weeks as he re-shapes his squad for the challenges of the season ahead.
