Cowdenbeath Hospitality - By John Hoey

Following Brechin City’s last day qualification to this season’s Division One play-offs, the Club has confirmed a reduced price offer to allow supporters to enjoy the unique atmosphere of The 1983 Lounge (sponsored by James Lammond, Plumbers).

Speaking on behalf of the Management Committee, Grant Hood said, “We seemed to take an eternity to finally confirm our play-off status, but now that we have, the 2 ties with Cowdenbeath will be upon us in no time at all. This is an attempt to reward fans for their loyalty and support in what is, quite incredibly, the Club’s 47th competitive match of the season.”

With attractively reduced Lounge Entry prices of £10 for Season Ticket holders and £25 for non-Season Ticket holders, Grant continued, “It’s an ideal opportunity for some of our regular supporters to turn this play-off tie into an occasion. Equally, it’s perfect for anyone who has yet to sample the Lounge Hospitality to get a flavour of what it’s all about.”

Lounge guests will receive:

- Gate entry, and access to The 1983 Lounge from 7.00pm

- Complimentary drinks up until kick-off time at 7.45pm

- Complimentary matchnight programme and teamsheet

- Food and non-alcoholic refreshments at half-time

- Subsidised Pay-Bar at full time, through to last orders at 10.45pm and Lounge closure at 11.00pm

Supporters are reminded that the tie on Wednesday 11th May kicks off at 7.45pm. Season tickets remain valid for this game. “It’s a clear principle of The Club’s Management Committee to reward those who have invested in a Season Ticket, and give our members maximum value in return,” added Grant.

Advance booking is required for this Hospitality promotion, so to reserve places supporters are asked to call the Club’s Commercial Line on 07817 910548, or e-mail Grant directly via ghood@brechincityfc.com .
